Libraries are staples within the communities that they serve, and they are frequent purchasers of books, technology, office supplies and more. Funding is available through the Institute of Museum and Library Services to each state through the Library Services and Technology Act. The Innovative Approaches to Literacy grant program from the U.S. Department of Education also supports school libraries working to foster reading skills at the most critical early years of a child’s development. These resources provide critical assistance, giving libraries across the country the financial and purchasing power to serve their communities.

Phone-Verified and Compiled

MCH’s library data is compiled by our in-house, U.S. based research team. Our library data specialists use telephone surveys to update and validate demographic, specialty information and job functions. The team also compiles client feedback and makes monthly updates based on USPS-approved CASS, LACS and National Change to Address systems.

Email Quality

Prior to placing any email address on the MCH library data file, they are permission-passed for quality and accuracy. During the permission-pass process, we send the email recipient an email explaining who we are and what services we provide. At that time, the recipient is able to opt out of the database. This process ensures that we have the most accurate email on our database. In addition, emails that are undeliverable are removed from the database to improve the accuracy of the data.

Integrations

MCH has several plug and play applications that integrate with the most popular CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms. We also build custom integrations to fit any sales and marketing tech stack.

Amy is passionate about her faith and her family. When not at MCH, she enjoys family time, riding horses, and traveling.
